Red, White and Blue Preschool Craft

It’s summer! My kids are super excited but to be honest, not a lot changes in our routine around here. My kids are homeschooled part-time so while I’m not dropping them off at on-site classes each week, we’re at home learning all summer. Bummer for my kids right? We do lighten the load and have fun with more summer related crafts and activities. Today I’m sharing a red, white and blue preschool craft. This is great for young elementary aged kids too!

Pom Pom Fine Motor Skills Flag Craft

It’s free unit study Friday! Don’t forget to check out the links after my post for even more 4th of July fun! I always like a good craft that is also helping kids develop skills or learn. My pom-pom red, white and blue preschool craft can be used to teach colors, as a fine motor skills activity, and as a matching activity. Make sure to hang your kids’ flags up in time for the Fourth of July!

Red, White and Blue preschool craft. Such a cute pom pom flag activity for kids!

This activity is so simple to set up just like my other pom-pom activities! Place the free template on a flat surface and have kids place the colored pom poms on the matching dots. Don’t worry if they mix up a few colors or glue away from the dots. That’s the beauty of watching them learn right?

Remember when I said this pom-pom red, white and blue preschool craft was part of a unit study? Check out the links below to see even more 4th of July themed activities!
